My Spiritual life.

By the special grace of God,I am a Chrsitian,I believe in the resurrection power of Jesu Chrsit,I gave my life to Jessus Chrsit to be my Lord and Saviour and I was baptised in Chrsit Apostolic Church - A penetecostal Church with root in Nigeria.West Africa.

Before leaving Nigeria, I was worshiping at Christ Apostolic Church Miracle Centre, Ojodu Zonal Headquarters; I started right form the juvenile church and progressed to the adult church. I was a juvenile choir and when I got to adult church I joined the choir.

In the church choir I sing tenor, I play the Bass Guitar and the Keyboard, there I developed myself musically, and we sing more of traditional tunes and classical hymns. We also had the opportunity of going for outings; we once went to Ekiti State.

Outside the choir, I was also teaching in one of the Sunday school classes, it challenged me bothhysically and spiritually, I had to read, prepare for the class and attend the teacher’s meeting and more so make sure that my life conform to the standard of Christ.

I had participated a lot in church activities, I assisted in the design and printing of the church weekly bulletins, some other graphic works and also as an Architect, I was able to make some contribution to the church projects.

Above all these, I believe Heaven is the most important place to be after the end of man’s journey here on earth, it’s the highest reward for any Christian, it’s not easy to live a holy life which guarantees a place in Christ’s Kingdom but we just have of solely relies on God for grace to sustain us. It’s more than Church activities

One of my targets for year 2009 is to develop myself spiritually, read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation and develop a closer and cordial relationship with God. What shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and looses his soul? My relationship with God is important.

More so as a Christian, our light should shine for the world to see, we are like lamps on a high place which should not be hidden. My lives must show that I am a Christian, from my way of life and communication; it must show that I am Christ like. Its the end time, Christian virtues are reducing, I pray for God to uphold me.
